The Story
WeddingPlayer was created by Don McAllister, a semi-retired tech content creator, for his daughter's wedding in March 2026. When he searched for an app that could reliably handle ceremony music — offline, with smooth transitions, and controls simple enough for a nervous best man — nothing existed. So he built one. After it worked flawlessly on the day, he decided to make it available for every couple planning their wedding.
