Multi-Wedding Management

Every couple in their own workspace, so two weddings never collide

A polished operation runs on organisation. Wedding Player keeps every couple's wedding completely separate on your device: their own moments, their own music, their own timings. You switch the active wedding in a tap, and nothing from one couple can bleed into another. Nothing to wipe and nothing to rebuild between bookings, so every ceremony starts exactly as you prepared it.

Tap Manage Weddings to switch between every couple's ceremony, each kept in its own workspace.

Your weddings, organised

Everything sorts itself into Today, This week, Planning and Archive, so you arrive ready for every booking. Each row shows the couple, the date, and a quick marker for whether the music is in place.

Switch in a tap

Tap any wedding to load its ceremony, its music and its timings. Each one is fully separate, so the last couple's playlist is never still loaded when the next couple walks in.

Confirm before you go live

When you go live, Wedding Player shows the couple and date you are about to run and warns you if it isn't today's wedding, so you never start on the wrong playlist.

Finish, archive, move on

Completed weddings archive themselves to keep your active list clean, and you can restore or delete them later. The next wedding is already queued, so you are set up for what's next.

On iPhone, iPad and Android

Multi-wedding management works the same on both, built to match feature for feature. On iPhone and iPad, your wedding setup also backs up and syncs across your own Apple devices with iCloud, so you can build on iPhone and run from iPad. On Android, your weddings are kept on that device.

Your first wedding is free for everyone. Managing more than one wedding is part of the Professional Licence, included at no extra cost once you subscribe. More venue features, including staff handoff, are in development.

Not Hands-On with the Music?

Plenty of celebrants, officiants and planners never touch the playlist, and that's fine: your couples run their own ceremony music. But when they ask what to use, you want a confident answer.

Try the free demo

Download Wedding Player free and explore the built-in demo. Add moments. Add music. Get familiar with its features. No subscription needed, it's completely free to download and try.

Or take the free month

Start the one-month Professional trial, have a proper look, all features unlocked. Try Go Live mode. Try unlimited playback. Try it at an actual wedding: you may be surprised how easy it is. Cancel before it renews. It costs nothing.

Recommend it in one tap

Share Wedding Player with your couples right from the app, whichever way suits them. When a couple should own the music themselves, they get the couples version for a one-off £12.99, with no subscription.

FAQ

Professional Licence Questions

How do I access the Professional Licence in the app?

Open the settings screen in Wedding Player and tap 'Managing multiple weddings? Professional Licence' at the bottom. This takes you directly to the Professional Licence subscription.

What's included that couples don't get?

The Professional Licence includes everything in the couples tier, plus multi-wedding management: keep every couple's ceremony in its own workspace and switch between them in a tap, with nothing to wipe and nothing to rebuild between couples. Weddings are grouped into Today, This week, Planning and Archive. Your first wedding is free; managing more than one wedding is what the Professional Licence unlocks.

Is multi-wedding management on Android too?

Yes. The full multi-wedding workspace is on iPhone, iPad and Android at feature parity: the same Today, This week, Planning and Archive sections, the same tap-to-switch, and the same archiving. The one difference is iCloud sync, which is iOS only (see below).

Do my weddings sync across my devices?

On iOS, yes. Your wedding setup backs up and syncs across your own Apple devices with iCloud, so you can build on iPhone and run from iPad. On Android, your weddings are kept on that device.

Can I stop myself going live on the wrong couple?

Yes. Before a ceremony starts, Wedding Player shows you the couple and date you are about to run and warns you if it is not today's wedding, so the wrong playlist never reaches the aisle.

Can I cancel?

Yes. On iOS, it's a standard App Store subscription: cancel any time in your device's Settings → Subscriptions. On Android, manage it via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do I need one licence per device?

On iOS, each subscription covers one Apple ID: multiple ceremony iPhones or iPads each need their own subscription, or use Family Sharing to cover up to 5 devices. On Android, each subscription covers one Google account; Google Play family sharing can extend coverage up to 5 family members.

How do we get the couple's song choices?

Ask the couple for their song list ahead of the day. You or your co-ordinator set up their ceremony timeline in Rehearsal Mode: pick from Wedding Player Originals, browse Apple Music (iOS), import your own audio files, and arrange the running order. On the day, switch to Live Mode and press play.

What if the venue has no WiFi?

That's the point. Wedding Player is built for offline playback. Wedding Player Originals and any audio files you've added play locally with no setup needed. Apple Music tracks (iOS) need to be downloaded beforehand (the app checks this for you). Either way, no streaming, no buffering.

Is there a bulk or enterprise pricing option?

The Professional Licence (£5.99 a month or £49.99 a year, each starting with a free month) covers everything you need to run ceremony music at every wedding you host. Multi-wedding management is now built in, and we're building further venue features (staff handoff and more), with options for larger operations as those ship.
