Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance

By downloading or using WeddingPlayer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

WeddingPlayer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchases

WeddingPlayer offers a one-time Full Access purchase and an auto-renewable Venue Licence subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings → Subscriptions.

Apple Music

Apple Music integration requires an active Apple Music subscription managed separately through Apple. WeddingPlayer does not provide access to Apple Music content independently.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any music files you import into WeddingPlayer. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you add to the app.

Disclaimer

WeddingPlayer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we design the app for reliable ceremony playback, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance. We recommend rehearsing your playlist before the day.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Don McAllister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
